Pieced Quilts
Around the Block with Terri
Instructor: Terri Nussbaum
See what Terri’s designed for us this time. Around the
Block Prairie Flowers is done in soft coral pinks and
greens. Each month, Terri will demonstrate a new
technique and you will be able to finish a quilt in four
months. Kit price included in class fee.
Four sessions-Wednesday, May 14, June 25, July 16, and
August 27, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Girls Day Out with Roxanne
Instructor: Roxanne Carter
Come join Roxanne Carter for a class one day each month.
Learn easy techniques that make piecing fast and fun.
You can choose any project that you want to work on from
her book or just bring in a project that you need help
with. You get the supply list and cutting directions
ahead of time so you can have everything ready for
class.

Girls Night Out

Fun, Fellowship and Sewing. That’s what this class is
about. If you need help, our instructor is here to help,
if you just want to sew without the interruption of home
this is the class for you. Bring your own project and sew away. Everyone welcome.

Six Points of Passion - Here’s a little sampler quilt
that’s sure to get your heart a spinning. These little
stars are easy to make and soon become addicting. It is
so exciting to see what the next will look like. You
won’t want to stop ! ! How big will your quilt be? Come
join the fun and discover your passion for the six
little points of this fun little star.

Confederate Stars
Instructor: Terri Nussbaum
Confederate Stars- What a great quilt for this time of
year. You will have this done just in time for the
fourth of July. This quilt has some great blocks,
stars, log cabin and a few little nine patches. It
doesn’t have to be in red white and blue. Try out your
favorite color scheme and let’s see what happens!!

Terri’s
Spinning Daggers Mystery Quilt
Instructor: Terri Nussbaum
Now this sounds a little dangerous, doesn’t it. Well I
guess you’ll have to come and see what we are up to
now. I don’t think there are weapons involved, but you
never know. (Is a rotary cutter a weapon??) Anyway this
one is a lively one and will keep you on your toes. Can
you solve the mystery before the spinning dagger lands
on someone toes?? (Maybe your toes!? Watch out!)

Scrap Bag Buddies
Instructor: Terri Nussbaum
Become one of the buddies and discover the fun of
playing in your stash, find new and exciting color and
print combinations, in short do what is the best thing
about quilting - playing with fabric. Terri will help
you with value, variety, pattern and fabric selections.
We will take the fear out of mixing print and color. The
first session we will go over guide lines and a study
sheet, look at quilts and then jump right in and start
on our quilts. The best thing about working in a group
is that if you don’t have that perfect piece of fabric
maybe someone at the table might and maybe we can make
some deals! Don’t have much of a stash, Carriage Country
Quilts has the perfect solution! First Friday Fabric
Frolic is the first Friday of each month, this is a
great way to get started on your stash.

Sunday Sew with Terri
Instructor: Terri Nussbaum
If Girl’s Night Out isn’t enough, and you need more time
just to sit and sew, then Sunday Sew with Terri may be
just what you need. Terri will be here to help you
with any quilting challenges you may have. So, bring a
project and come and sew, Terri will help you with your
quilting challenges.

Trail of Threads
Instructor: Terri Nussbaum
Trail of Thread- The series continues with the third
book and quilt the “Stitch of Courage”. The Stitch of
Courage tells the story of the orphaned Maggie Kennedy,
who followed her brothers to Kansas in the late 1850’s.
In letters to her sister in Ohio, Maggie describes how
the women of Kansas faced the demons of the Civil War,
fighting bravely to protect their homes and families
while never knowing from one day to the next whether
their men were alive or dead on a far away battlefield.
Four sessions-Saturday, May 31, June 14, July 19, and
August 23, 10:30 am - 11:30 am
