Game Night (Bobette Weimer)            FULL                                                      Class Fee $50.00

Create the illusion of curved piecing without sewing any curves in this fun quilt from the book “Fresh Fat Quarter Quilts.” You’ll get some practice using templates for cutting and machine (or hand, if you wish) appliqué. Make it bright like the one in the book or choose softer colors like the class sample. You will need the “Tri-Recs” ruler set for cutting or template material to make your own templates. Book purchase is required, kit available.

Intro to Quilting (Bobette Weimer)                                                              Class Fee $35.00

Stepping Stones Quilt:  This is an ideal beginner quilt, or just a great quilt to practice your skills on. It’s also simply a really fun and cute quilt that uses only 3 yards of fabric, so it’s easy to pick out the fabric! Join us for two Saturdays and we’ll have lots of fun making this quilt! Book purchase required.

Picnic Quilt (Leslie True)                                                                              Class Fee $35.00

Make this complicated looking quilt in a jiffy. Choose Christmas, Halloween, or just your favorite line of fabric to make this cute quilt. Pattern purchase required.  Kit available.

The use of dark and light fabrics in this runner almost plays tricks with your eyes! It’s interesting and fun. We’ll practice assembly line sewing techniques and cutting skills in class. It would look great in Christmas colors too! This is from the book “Tabletastic 3”. Book purchase required; kits are available.

This is another beginner friendly quilt with large pieces so it goes together easily. Learn some new techniques.  Pattern purchase required; kit available.

Come sew with friends! Bring your wool, embroidery, or other projects with you to work on while you sit and chat with fun sewing friends!

Sew Much Fun Night Out (Alyne Hansen)                                                  $25.00 Each Session

This class is a new beginning for those who like to sew on Friday nights. Be prepared for some fun, games, and a few prizes, along with Alyne’s advice and help in completing your UFO’s (unfinished objects)! Minimum/Maximum Participants: the minimum of 4 participants must be signed up one week before class, otherwise the class will be canceled Supplies: Bring your sense of humor and equipment/supplies for UFOs!

Star Light, Star Bright (Debbie Elhard)                                                        Class Fee $35.00

Everyone knows that stars are my favorite.  This is a simple 4 patch and star blocks that doesn’t require matching points.  I used low volume shirtings for the 4-patch and reproduction fabrics for the stars.  Fresh Fat Quarter Book purchase required.  Kits are available.

Wool Among Friends (Carole Johnson)                                                      Class Fee $50.00

This class is for any level wool worker and is specifically targeting those who just need some time set aside to work on finishing their projects.  Maybe you’re stuck and just need a little help getting going again!

Wooly Girls (Alyne Hansen)                                                                         Class Fee $50.00

This class is for the advanced wool worker.  Liberty Garden is the featured new project for this class. Alyne will help you with technique and any questions you have along the way! Kit purchase required each month.

Class Policies
Please Read Carefully 

Please be aware that in signing up for a class, you are agreeing to adhere to our class policies as outlined below:

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, please check our Facebook page for the most up to date information. If road conditions are too icy for us to have class, it’s likely the store will not be open and there may be no one in the shop to answer your call. Classes postponed due to inclement weather will be rescheduled at the teacher’s convenience as soon as possible.

Refunds and Cancellations: CCQ reserves the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum participation levels. In the event a class is canceled for this reason, you will receive a full refund. Classes that are rescheduled due to inclement weather are only eligible for store credit.

If you cancel more than 14 days before class, you will receive a refund in store credit. If you cancel after that period or fail to show up for a class, no credit or refund will be given.

COVID-19:  We rearranged our classroom to be more COVID friendly so that each attendee has their own workspace and table, but this limits class size to 8.   We continue to follow all the current guidelines from the CDC and King County.  Please do NOT attend class if you have a cough, fever, have tested positive for COVID-19 recently or have been in contact with someone who tested positive.
